Started from 2009, we’ve been offering Chinese food catering service for 10 years. Our Dim Sum food truck was launched in June 2013, we are extremely happy to be part of the newest happening, the explosion of food truck popularity in Montreal! We serve traditional Chinese Dim Sums (especially Hong Kong style) on our food truck including a wide variety of steamed dumplings as well as Imperial Rolls (Chinese style deep fried Egg Rolls) and Spring Rolls. Our popular items include pork & shrimp Siu Mai (Dumplings filled with ground pork, minced shrimp, and black mushroom), Har Kao (transparent and smooth shrimp dumplings), ChaSiu Bao (Buns filled with barbecue-flavored cha siu pork), Lo Mai Gai (Lotus leaf wrapped sticky Rice). We also have a few non-traditional offerings such as Asian inspired Chicken Wings and grilled cumin chicken skewers, along with the well-known dessert (sesame rice ball: a type of fried Chinese pastry made from glutinous rice flour, coated with sesame seeds on the outside filled with a filling of red bean paste) and also the famous bubble tea. Nous servons des dimsums traditionnels chinois (surtout le style de Hong Kong) dans le camion. Cela comprend une grande variété de dimsums à la vapeurs, des rouleaux impériaux (rouleaux frits croustillants) ainsi que des rouleaux de primtemps frais. Nos plats populaires incluent Siu Mai (Dumplings porc & crevettes), Har Kao (dumplings aux crevettes), ChaSiu Bao (Buns remplis de chasiu porc au barbecue), Lo Mai Gai (riz collant au poulet enveloppé dans feuilles de lotus). Nous avons également quelques offres non-traditionnelles telles que des ailes de poulet inspirées d'Asie et des brochettes de poulet grillées au cumin, ainsi que le dessert bien connu (boule de sésame: un type de pâtisserie frite à base de farine de riz gluant, revêtue de graines de sésame fourré de pâte de haricots rouges) et aussi le célèbre thé aux perles (Bubble tea).
